Property

CLM  has entered into a "Deed of Sale" with the owner to purchase the 17 hectares that the Village is on:

The total purchase price is ZAR 4,200,000. However, the owner has accepted that we pay it off over three years.

We made our first payment on

1st July, 2011 -9% (ZAR 380,000) then the rest is due as below:

1st July 2012 another 10% (ZAR 420,000)

1st July 2013 another 10% (ZAR 420,000)

30th June 2014 balance of ZAR 2,980,000)

We are asking for funds through donations and every Rand, Dollar or Euro helps.

Sponsoring a child's school fees
